Objectifs de la formation : faire découvrir aux étudiants les modalités de passation des marchés privés :

- Les marchés dits " en entreprise générale ".
- Les marchés sous traités.
- Les marchés réalisés par des groupements d'entreprises.
- Connaitre l'historique, les institutions, les caractéristiques et les sources du droit du travail
- Identifier les points de négociation possibles avec son assurance pour les différents avenants ou phases de chantier
- Comprendre l'importance du PPSPS, du coordonnateur sécurité et de l'HSC sur un chantier
