Objectifs de la formation : à  l'issu de la formation, l'étudiant devra être capable :

- De comprendre le montage financier du projet, les responsabilités, les missions des différents intervenants ;
- De mener une analyse technico-commerciale d'un projet ;
- De construire son planning (Gantt / Pert)
