Presentation and goals

The bachelor in International business and management is a one-year study program  delivered entirely in English which aims to develop the essential international management knowledge and skills for a successful career in today’s global economic environment.

The objectives are to :

  • Become a well-rounded management professional : corporate social responsibility, organization theory, economic contemporary Issues, strategic management, business game, internship
  • Acquire the essential tools for business financial decisions : corporate finance, managerial accounting and control, budgeting and control
  • Develop an international perspective on managerial and business issues in France and abroad : international marketing, international human resource management, supply chain management in a global context, international law, international business, involvement in the voluntary sector, french as a foreign language, cross-cultural management, discovering France and french career training
  • Become aware of innovation and entrepreneurial challenges for organizations : creativity challenge, conferences and projects in entrepreneurship and innovation

Further information

As a student in the bachelor in International business, you will be given the opportunity to enroll in Grenoble IAE’s Bachelor degree in Management - the Licence 3rd year in Management - 180 ECTS credits - accredited by the french Ministry of Higher education.

Duration: 3-6 months

The final internship is between 3 to 6 months from April onwards.

Access condition

  • Interview with a committee of academics and business professionals
  • A relevant university experience of 120 ECTS ; for non-Europeans, a 2-year university degree minimum (as approved by a university committee)
  • An advanced level of English (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS etc.).

Target group

The bachelor in International business and management is intended exclusively for international students who have already achieved a minimum of 120 ECTS credits or who have successfully completed at least two years at university level and who want to further develop their knowledge and skills with respect to the international dimension of business and management.
Upon application, prior studies will be examined. Selected candidates will be given an interview.
