BUT Civil engineering sustainable construction / spring semester

The IUTs transform their training offer by offering a University Bachelor of Technology (BUT) from September 2021. The BUT thus becomes the new reference diploma for IUTs instead of the DUT. Students benefit from an integrated course over 3 years, without additional selection to reach the license degree. This spring semester program is one of the three optional semesters of the BUT diploma in Civil Engineering - Sustainable Construction of University Technology Institute 1.

This program is the final training stage for senior technicians to get a strong background in technological skills, as well as project management.

The training covers a wide range of fields in the Building and public works sector, such as industrial or commercial construction, individual or general interest construction, transport infrastructure, urban development and environment. This training also puts emphasis on sustainable construction and respect for the environment.

Specificities : The choice of optional modules in semester 4 makes it possible to prepare one of the following three orientations:

•  Professional license in building : structural work and second work (sustainable construction)
•  Pro license in public works and development
•  Long-term studies (engineering school, 2nd cycle university

Training in two years of senior technicians with strong technological knowledge, professional technical skills, a good preparation for active living in terms of know-how, well-being, group work, project management and training.
