Degrees incorporating this pedagocial element :

For all programmes, Semester 4 mainly consists of an internship of at least 4 months (maximum 6 months) conducted in a French or international laboratory (or company).

Students at Grenoble are also required to carry out a "summer" internship at the end of Semester 2 (mid May to mid July). This internship provides the opportunity to discover a work environment, and learn a new topic or explore one in greater depth. It enables the students to nurture their projects at the University but also to think about their future entry into the employment market.  It is an important step in their university career.

The two internships are assessed in Semester 4.
