Description
The agile approach has emerged over the past decade as an alternative to traditional methods of software development. Agility makes it possible to better respond to evolutions in the needs of clients during the project. Its iterative and incremental approach makes it possible to have an operational product in the early stages of development.
The objective of this course is to give students agile skills, concepts, and practices. It is also an introduction to different agile methods (SCRUM, XP, LEAN).
