Description
The objective of this teaching unit is to design and implement, from beginning to end, an e-commerce application using standard distributed application development technologies (Java/J2EE). In particular, standards related to distributed components (EJB/JSF), naming services (JNDI), access to relational databases (JDBC), communication protocols and services (HTTP, RMI), and protocols and services related to the implementation of human-machine interfaces (MVC/Struts) are handled through this Teaching Unit.
*Students design this application in teams of 4 or 5, which integrates project management aspects into this Teaching Unit.
