Degrees incorporating this pedagocial element :

Description

This module prepares students for the careers covered by the course, at both the researcher and non-thesis research analyst levels. This preparation includes writing a CV, coaching in job interviews, setting up and managing a project, structuring scientific publications, familiarity with tools for researching and formatting publications, project on writing a publication with mandatory use of tools for citing bibliographic references, teaching on how consultancies work and on the legislation in force. We insist on the fact that future doctoral students and non-thesis students alike should have an awareness of both worlds. A future research analyst in a consultancy will therefore understand the structuring of academic scientific literature and publications, while a future doctoral student will know how a consultancy firm operates.
