Degrees incorporating this pedagocial element :

Groupware is an extension of the notion of an interactive system in which several users interact in order to communicate and collaborate with each other. Examples of groupware applications are e-mail, MSN, blogs, shared editors, workflows, virtual desktop... Any environment shared by several people allowing them to communicate, to work simultaneously or not, in the same space, on the same documents.
The growing interest in groupware stems from the observation that most of our activities are group activities, while the use of computers is essentially individual.
In this course, we will present a broad overview of groupware, essential tools of the company today, and we will introduce the specificities of developments related to such software.
