Higher degree to teach French as a foreign language (FLE)

This placement is for teachers wanting to update their knowledge and learn new practices or students wanting to gain their first vocational qualification to teach French as a foreign or second language.

- Be trained in the teaching and learning methodology of French as a foreign language

- Deepen your specific knowledge in language sciences, as well as in varied areas of speciality

- Improve spoken and written language

Following the placement, a detailed certificate is given to each participant.
The students can also sit DELF and DALF exams.

Entrance requirements

To enrol, international students must have already obtained the baccalauréat (qualification of secondary education) or an equivalent qualification in their country of origin.

 A language test and motivation interview will be organised in order to assess the placement students’ level and to determine their profile.

 If the application is successful following the exam, the students are allowed to enrol in accordance with the following:

- Level required: B2 in progress

- Price: €1,830 for 1 term

 Following the training, a detailed certification is provided to each participant.
Gateway to the UGA Masters in French as a foreign language (FLE) teaching (subject to validation of level C1).

Equivalence: Success in the DSA provides the equivalent of the additional bachelor’s degree FLE university diploma and can, depending on the results obtained, grant access to the UGA Masters in FLE Teaching (subject to validation of level C1).
